Their challenge
Standing out in a competitive Gold Coast market and communicating the sheer luxury of Assana was a priority for Developer Peter Galvin. The importance of a unique sales and marketing edge to engage buyers, local, interstate and internationally, while securing pre-sales of the development was a strong desire from the developer.
Our solution
Due to the sheer height of the building, 52 stories, the EnvisionVR team proposed four Virtual Apartments of the typical floor plans at varying levels to showcase different level view lines. Virtual Apartments give clients all the tools to completely immerse their buyers in the property, allowing them to take in the views, walk freely through the unbuilt apartment and showcase all high-end fixtures and finishes on offer.
