Laver Residential Projects – Broadbeach

Laver Residential Projects has been utilising the EnvisionVR platform in the Assana display suite in Broadbeach, Queensland. The development consists of a collection of luxury residential living oversized apartments, eptimosing the very best of high-rise living, in one of the country’s most desirable locations.

Their challenge

Project marketing agency, Laver Residential Projects faced selling in a highly competitive Queensland, Australia market, recognising the need to reach more interstate buyers, and create a unique customer journey in a physical showroom. EnvisionVR worked closely with Laver Residential Projects and Project Director, Clayton Ross, to ensure that the Assana development was brought to life virtually, right in the heart of the Broadbeach display suite in the sunshine state.

Our solution

The solution, which EnvisionVR brought to Laver Residential Projects was a Virtual Experience of typical floor plans as well as viewlines, (appealing to different buyers through different configurations). These Virtual Experiences allowed Laver to host inspections of the development before it’s built, something that is not traditionally possible with off-the-plan sales.

Mr Ross said that during Covid-19, in particular, the EnvisionVR platform allowed sales to still continue with Sydney and Melbourne, interstate and overseas potential buyers. From both inside the display suite, through to the virtual appointments and presenting online via Teams and Zoom, prospective buyers still had the full experience of visualising their potential new home or investment.
