Sanders Studios is a United Kingdom-based architectural visualisation company that was founded in 2003 by two friends who shared a passion for new technologies and property. Over the years, they have become industry leaders and gained a great deal of respect within the community.
As the property marketing industry has evolved, Sanders Studios has been at the forefront of this change, embracing new technologies to create more interactive solutions. In particular, they have focused on developing VR and interactive apps that allow clients to fully experience a property before it is built. This shift towards more interactive solutions has been driven both by client demand and by the passion of the Sanders Studios team.

Staying ahead of the curve in terms of technology and delivering tailored solutions to clients is a core challenge for Sanders Studios. To successfully showcase assets produced for clients, architectural visualization companies must either identify platform solutions that are suitable for the project or invest in in-house software and app development. As they worked on the Woodside Park project, a one-of-a-kind affordable development in central London, they were committed to finding a sustainable and eco-friendly approach that would fully leverage all available marketing materials.
Our solution:
EnvisionVR provided Sanders Studios with an Interactive Display of the Woodside Park development, showcasing the exterior of the project as well as stock management, CGI renders and brochures. Interactive Display was developed to be an easy to use, all-in-one sales tool for developers and agents which can either be integrated into existing showrooms or used as an alternative to a physical space.
