How to update your information including subscriptions

Start by logging into the Enviz Portal using your Enviz account login detail, https://portal.enviz.co

In the left-hand side panel:

  1. Select Projects
  2. Select your Project name
  3. Select Billing


4. To change your plan type

  • Select ‘Change Plan’
  • Select the new hosting plan

Note: Hosting plans are set per experience. Any changes will only apply to the current experience selected.

 

5. To cancel your subscription

  1. Select View Billing Information
  2. Select Cancel Plan
  3. Select Cancel Plan in confirmation prompt

Note: If you are not the original owner of an experience, you will not have permission to cancel a subscription.
