Restarting the Tablet App

Troubleshooting,

Problem:

The App appears frozen on the Tablet.

Solution:

iPad:

- Restart the App by swiping up from the bottom of the screen until the Enviz app becomes smaller and closes.

- Now from the home screen swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up all open apps.

- Swipe the Enviz app up to quit.

- Re-enter the app from the home screen.

Android:

- Restart the App by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to bring up Samsung menu.

- Select the three vertical lines to minimise the App and click close all.

- Restart the App by clicking on it again in the home screen.
