Headset and Tablet not connecting

Troubleshooting,

Problem:

Headset and tablet won’t connect during a Guided Viewing.

Solution:

  1. Check the tablet and headset are connected to WiFi.
  2. Quit the tablet app and restart. Click HERE to learn how to quit the app.
  3. Restart the headset by holding the On/Off button and selecting restart.
  4. Check both tablet and headset are using the same room code.
